Visibility of tickets only those created by the user.

Hi all! I would like to know how can I make it so that the user who creates the tickets only sees the tickets created by him?

Good day.
In any case, the user sees only the tickets he created.
The user just needs to click the "Find already created" button, then "Forgot ID", enter their email address in the field, select "Send me all my requests" and click "Send me my ID". As a result, all links to requests created by this user will be sent to e-mail.
If you are still talking about user access to Hesk through a login and password, then this is not yet available in Hesk.

:( I saw that there you can create not an admin, but a user. I just can't stop him from seeing everything else. I could not even think that this was not implemented.

First, you need to separate two things:

1. Customers (end-users)
2. Employees

In Hesk, there are no customer accounts. This is by design and one of the design goals because people are fed up with having to register and log in to every website they use.

For employees, you can create two types of accounts:
2.1. Administrators
2.2. Staff

Administrators have access to everything.

The staff has only access to things you allow them. So, for example, you can set it up so they can only see tickets assigned to them and not any other ticket.

So, if you are trying to make Customers see a list of tickets, that is not supported. But if you are trying to have an Employee see only tickets assigned to them, you can do that by making their account type "Staff" and set permission to see tickets assigned to them, but not to others or unassigned.
