can't upload attach without message

Hello

When a user submits a new ticket , he can upload an attachment, but when he views the ticket that has already been submitted and wants to upload attachemt it gives him an error message:

Please enter your message

how to allow user to upload attachment without need to write in ticket message

This is by design; there is no setting to change this behavior. You would need to modify the code logic to allow this and not something we provide support for.
