Increasing file size for attachments

With reference to attachments my hosting company has increased the file size to 1GB to allow for a number of attachments to be uploaded, however on the site its showing its showing the voice file trying to be attached is 3.6MB How can i change the max size permitted so that file sizes over that can be accepted, now that my web hosting has increased the size allowed.

Did you adjust the values in Admin panel > Settings > Help desk > Attachments?

Ah many thanks i has not noticed the selection box it works now.
