I customized my Hesk a little bit and it has been working fine, but for some reason these strange characters started appearing at the top of the page:

Obviously this is something that I caused, but I'm not sure what because I only did some very basic editing (IE: i made a custom header and added some text to the main dialogue).

Has anyone experienced this before?

I'm going to start checking my files to sort out what I could have done, but I thought I'd also check here in case this has happened to anyone else.

Thanks!

I think I have this resolved.

My html editor is set to use UTF-8 encoding and I think the header.txt file requires ANSI encoding.

When I save my header.txt as UTF-8 encoded the odd characters appear. When I save header.txt as ANSI encoded, the odd characters are gone :D
