Hey Klemen,
Quick question about the custom fields on the next version.
Can these fields be set to a drop down menu, or even radio buttons?

@power: sorry, Beta is not suited for public release and it won't be.
@soopafly: the custom fields will be text inputs only by default (for now), but you could add drop-down or whatever form element by manually editing some html code. Will probably include instructions how to do it with the release version if I can't think of something simpler for this release.

I DID e-mail you Miccas. Just checked again, I did send you the "Hesk 0.94 BETA 1 out!" e-mail on 15th January (to your "wildit" address). To be honest I was a bit surprised for not hearing back from you as I remembered how enthusiastic you were.
You might want to check if the e-mail didn't get caught in your Spam/Junk box?

Well, I've tested it and it looks like the old design, and not like the screenshots.. bit disappointed to be honest... Still, has loads of cool features

REALLY looking forward to the new version. I wanted to enforce usage of this for some of the more difficult apps and the attachment feature is keeping me from doing it. Can't wait!

WHAT! Here I am thinking that I haven't spent enough time testing it but you state I've put in a lot of effort.. lol!!
