Script URL: http://www.the-rise.co.uk/ccount/ (???)
Version of script: Version: 1.1 from 22nd January 2005
Hosting company: Of my site? Easyspace.com - contacted them and they helped me and PHP is enabled etc
URL of phpinfo.php: Don't have one
URL of session_test.php: Don't have one
What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: Read the sticky topic and readme as many times as was told.

Write your message below:

Some of my click counters work but others don't, for no apparent reason. None on the URL http://www.the-rise.co.uk/requiem/psds.html work and half work here ;
http://www.the-rise.co.uk/requiem/brushes.html

However I've entered the correct URLs as when I view the index of ccount with all of the bars of click numbers (hope you know what I mean), where you add new URLs etc., the click counts work just fine! But they just wont show up on those pages for some reason.

Help?

All download links at http://www.the-rise.co.uk/requiem/psds.html work fine for me?

Try clearing your browser cache.

So you can see the numbers after it says "download" (leads to the .zip files), and before it says "downloads" on the psds page? I can't - on more than one computer. The clicks are registering and being added to the click count, though wont show up on the page.

Cache clears when I close my browser, so IDK what the problem is.

The download links work is what I meant, though the click count is supposed to display just before the word "downloads" eg "6 downloads"...The code looks right to me and IDK why it wont show up.

Hi,

First of all please don't post multiple threads on the same topic (I deleted the other one entitled "...").

Secondly in your first post you didn't mention that you are having problems displaying the download count. That's an important detail don't you think

Anyway, seems like you have an empty line in your clicks.txt file - try downloading the file (in ASCII mode), deleting any empty lines, and re-uploading it (again in ASCII mode).

Well, about the "..." topic, I clicked "new topic" by accident, and mentioned that in a reply to that topic.

Secondly, I was trying to explain that that was my problem, though I was having diffculty, but thanks, I'll try that.
