Set $hesk_settings['debug_mode'] to 1, do any errors show up? Also check inside your support folder if any error files were generated.
And upload the phpinfo.php file and link to it here. I'm guessing you could have ZLib disabled but can't say without phpinfo...
And delete the
install.php file

I don't think you have the same error, if you had you would get a "syntax error" message. Post this info and I will have a look:
Script URL:
Hosting company:
URL of phpinfo.php:
URL of session_test.php:
You will get phpinfo and session test files here:

Have you tried manually editing hesk_settings.inc.php - change $hesk_settings['debug_mode'] to 1 and see if you get any errors.
Also check your hesk folder if any error_log files have been created in either main hesk folder or inside the "install" folder - if so, open them in Notepad and see what they say inside.
phpinfo could be very useful, but it would be best if you can save results in a HTML file and upload somewhere where I can see them instead of pasting everything here.

Where exactly do you have problems? index.php doesn't load? None of the pages load? Did you manage to get through the installation?

I restored my backup files to v. 093 for now which works okay for now.
I will work with the v. 094 more on Friday but any help would be great.

Hard to say, let's see if we can narrow down the problem. Try uploading these 4 files to your hesk folder:
http://www.phpjunkyard.com/extras/test_inc.zip
Open test1.php in browser, COPY EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS and post here. Then click the CONTINUE button. Do this until you get to file test4.php or a blank screen. Post exact results of each file here.
by the way - I will be out of the town Friday to Sunday so you might need to wait for a reply.
