so far i got it to show category# but need it to be word instead.

i tried the code you gave me for showing category in email
but cant find correct placement area.

$sql = "SELECT `name` FROM `hesk_categories` WHERE `id` = $category LIMIT 1";
$result = hesk_dbQuery($sql);
$res = hesk_dbFetchRow($result);
$category = $res[0];
