HOW do i insert a small image into my signature?

How can I do this as html isn't accepted in the signature - how do i override or disable it?

You will need to edit the code directly in the database to do that (table "hesk_users", row "signature"). You can use phpMyAdmin to do that, your host should have it.

BTW: avoid placing words like "URGENT" in the subject. This is a free script with free support and all posts are treated with the same urgency. In fact, posts like this usually get the last reply.
