hesk not send mails under windows, email_test.php work fine?

URL of phpinfo.php:local
URL of session_test.php:local
Under Windows hesk not send messages ! I can not see any connection to the mail server any other script included the email_test,php work fine
so I can see the php mail function work well. Can any one tell me who I can configure the script that it work also under windows. Thanks
