I would like to show the latest ticket topics on the mainpage, to prevent users to report the same error.
I've tried to search for it, but I haven't found anything.
Could anyone help me?

I wouldn't recommend doing this as it would make a lot of your customers' private information public, including their name, e-mail address and any sensitive information entered into tickets. It would open your script to all kind of privacy concerns.
