I seem to be having some probs with my support desk. After I respond to a ticket, the person who put it in cannot access the page with the ticket number . It just takes them back to enter the ticket number again.

Here is a ticket number that had problems LY3WNTTD52

When I enter it though, its fine and I got right to the support ticket, but I have had several complaints about it.

How do I fix that.
