Hi - Thanks for this awesome script - I have used it and donated before and plan to again.

I need to customize the form - basically I want to make 4 different versions of the form, each with dif scenarios of input - and I think I know how to jack that data into the system-

what I am having problems with is this: ['a']=='add') - I want to make ['a']=='add1') ['a']=='add2') ['a']=='add3') and have them go to
{print_add_ticket1(); {print_add_ticket2(); and {print_add_ticket3(); - BUT adding or changing the ['a']=='add') gives me an invalid error.

I know I am pushing the limits - but hells - if your script can do this it can do anything!

Thanks in advance!!!!

Michael
