Cant seem to get it to work, I tried to use php5.0.4 but got some other error message now i'm using 4.4 it keeps saying client does not support authentication protocol requested by server, consider upgrading MySQL
client in D:\hesk903\install.php on line 159????

tried a fix from another website to insert old_passwords into my.ini file, this didnt work either.

On a side note when i try to create of edit a user using MySQL admin it keeps saying MySQL administrator exception error while storing the user information. the user misght have been deleted. please refresh the user list.

BTW using windows 2003 and IIS6

Something is probably wrong with your MySQL support, this is not a Hesk problem. Not sure what it could be though.

This message is definitely from your mysql server since it's nowhere in the hesk source code
