Is it possible for a "normal" user to search trough all tickets in the database. The index.php site is only for searching a specific ticket.

In the admin.php site there is a possibility to search trough all tickets with one specific word in it. This will be a good feater for all users.

Nope, "Normal" users can only search tickets within their categories. If you assign them to all categories they will be able to do that.
