Subcategories in Tickets

Include subcategories in tickets

I see when registering a new ticket, the user can select a type of "category".

My question is whether we can include "subcategories" related to the "category" seleccted.
ie if we select as category "Hardware", the subcategory appear "Printer", "Monitor", "Keyboard", "Mouse", "CPU"

If it is possible, this subcategory could be showed into the queryes and reports?

Unfortunately sub-categories are currently not supported in Hesk, but are planned for future.
