The tickets are being processed, will not display, but are generating. Also, no emails are being sent to anyone, not even the sysmte folks being assigned the tickets. I have thunderbird mail working on the linux server (I can get mail directly from my e-mail to the server's mail). But no email.

Any suggestions?

No Dice. I cannot find anywhere (server or client) where php() is being blocked, not supported or even mentioned. I cannot find a solution for this. What else? Or where can I look for these configuration files in question.
