Does HESK have the ability to email reminders when tickets are still open that need to be addressed?

I sometimes get a ticket a few times a month, and I actually forget sometimes I have it there unless I login, I would like a reminder telling me I have an open ticket.

At the moment no, it doesn't.

This is one of the things on my "to do" list for a future release.
