Hi,

My host wants to upgrade from mySQL 5.5 to MariaDB in order to increase speed.
Question: Does HESK work a 100% with Maria DB?

HESK was never officially tested with MariaDB.

However, MariaDB is a "drop-in" replacement for MySQL, so it should work normally.

No guarantees though. I definitely recommend a full backup before the upgrade.

After using Maria DB now for about 2 weeks I had no issues.
