I'm looking to use the notes section as a notice at the top saying this ticket is Approved. I'd want the customer to know it's approved as well so I would need them to be able to view the notes that we place on the admin side but with no ability for them to add/edit the notes. Just view.

I tried moving some code from the admin_ticket.php to ticket.php in the root folder but I kept getting internal server errors. Any advice?

My advice would be to hire a PHP developer for help (for example by posting a project here), because customization of such level are unfortunately out of the scope of my support.
