Hello,
I would like my Hesk front end to get into a 600X802 frame. The tables of the original script are too wide. I tried my best to change the tables width unsuccesfully.

Hi,

Simple, open file header.inc.php in "inc" folder and change the width setting on this line:

<table border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="5" width="770" class="enclosing">

I realize this is an old post, but I need to know the updated answer on how to make the width smaller. Seems with the new version (3.4), it's no longer in the header.inc.php file.

You will need to modify the style (CSS) files:

Not helpful, since those css files are a mess. I wish I hadn't had to upgrade to this ugly new version. Have had nothing but problems and will now need to find another help desk software.
