Item found in search knowledge base is not displayed when the same words are searched in the subject of a new ticket

I have a few items in the knowledge base.
When I do a search in the knowledgebase search works ok and shows me related articles, however, if I proceed to create a new ticket and write the same words on the subject, not the items are displayed.

Search processes are different?

Any hints on how to solve?

The article suggestion only starts to work when both Subject and Message are there.
