mfH 2019.1.0 lack of strings for translation

Hi Mike,
I updated the Italian translation of MfH with the new strings you added in the 2019.1.0 version
However when I tested is, I found that you forgot to consider as "translatable" at least 4 strings which appear in the "Category Management" and "Group of Categories Management" as reported in the images below where you can notice the English strings still present in the Italian version.
