Upgrading from HESK (2.8.4) to Mods For Hesk 2019.1.0

Hello,
I was using newest HESK (2.8.4)(worked perfectly) when i found Mods For Hesk. I have tried to upgrade and then
And it never ends. What could possibly gone wrong?
database settings are correct. Checked twice.

Open your browser's developer console (F12 on Chrome) and see if there are any errors. If there are errors, please share them here.

Failed to load resource: install/ajax/get-migration-ajax.php
the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
I've tried reupload this file, and it is there, but error is still the same.

If your helpdesk is available on the internet, please PM me your helpdesk URL so I can look at that file a bit more closely.
Also, was this your first time installing Mods for HESK, or did you use Mods for HESK in the past?

This was my first time installing Mods for HESK.

That's actually a really good point; I've heard others report that using a custom language pack was their issue, such as
this user.

No, i'm using default english pack
