Hi, I recenty bought the registered version of Hesk and although I have the new script downloaded, there are no instructions on how to replace the older script other than to just upload the entire new folder.
I have modified some files in Hesk and it works the way I want it to now for the most part. Becasue this has been an on and off project i have forgotten most of what I have changed in the script.
I have sent 2 e-mails to the author of the script with no reply. I have also searched this board for instructions for removing the copyright notice at the bottom of the page. Can someone here tell me how to remove this text and link on the bottom of the page or tell me which file(s) I need to replace from the purchased registered folder that will not change any other settings?
Thanks,
Bill
