I want to assign a ticket to several user, who i change assignment from one to multi assignment?
please help me.

Multi-assign is unfortunately not supported by Heks; tickets can only be assigned to a single person.

when can this be added , We have a lot of work orders that need to be assign to multiple users. We have been using your software for years and still waiting for this to be added. Should we start looking for another work order system elsewhere or you are working on this soon ?

This probably will not be available in 3.3.0 yet, but we do plan on allowing multiple staff to be assigned to a single ticket sometime this year.

The way we will most likely implement this is to assign the ticket to 1 person (the person ultimately responsible for the ticket) then allow other staff members to "collaborate" on the ticket.

I wish I had a more specific date for you, but unfortunately I don't.

Unfortunately no, I don't have any updates regarding this feature's availability.

I'm not quite sure how it will suit you, but you can try. This will add the ability to add extra owner.
