Blocking statuses without assignment

In HESK there is such a function to answer a ticket, then you need to assign it to yourself, it's convenient.

But my specialists sometimes just put the "Solved" status on the ticket, without any answers and explanations, which is very infuriating.
Is there any way to make it so that without assigning a ticket to himself, the specialist could not change the status to "Solved"?

Unfortunately no, there is no such function built in to Hesk.

It's so sad that this is not implemented in HESK.
