I just mistakenly merged my entire ticket list. Aside from a restore is there any way to undo this?

Unfortunately, no, there is no way to unmerge all the tickets as a lot of underlying data is deleted when merging.

I'm confused about something and this may totally be host related but I restored the backup from midnight on both the site files and the database. Cleared my cookies and site data and I still only see a single ticket.

Turned out to be a cPanel thing. Once restored manually everything was as expected.
