Could we have the Microsoft 365 integration plugin to allow admin users be authenticated by email or AD?

We don't have any plans to add AD integration in the near future.
It seems that anything you do to comply with Microsoft just back-fires in the future and requires you to do a lot of work to maintain compatibility with them

Can we then have LDAP?

We might add LDAP in the future, but it's not a priority on our to do list.
There were some posts regarding LDAP/AD integration in Hesk in the past; not sure if any of them still work; try searching the forums.
