Hello All,

is there an solution to get the WYSIWYG/Rich Text Editor for public users?
I know that mod-hesk have this, but in an much older version.

I know this is an risky option for online hosters. Our needs would only be to host it in lan and not be accessable from the internet.

FYI: I am not that good in php... so i tried to find the code for the editior but it seems i am to noobish for that.

Unfortunately no, there is no built-in way to do that. Nor is it something that can be changed by posting a few code changes here.

thank you for the fast response.
That is sad... Hesk would be the best ticket system as far as we tested it.
So then we have to look for an other Ticket system. Because this requirement is major for our needs.
