Hi,

is there any functionality to implement the GDPR from the EU to HESK? Like automatically deleting attachments or complete tickets after a certain time. Or will such a feature be implemented in the next time? For now I am using an extra skript that is run by a cronjob and deleting old tickets (2+ years resolved) and attachments (2+ weeks resolved tickets)...

Furthermore the GDPR would dictate the right of information, which data is stored about a person in HESK. Till now, I just go to the mysql-Database and look it up manually

There's no built-in way of automatically deleting tickets.
