Server error when creating new ticket

Hi,
I'm getting a server error when creating a new ticket. This just started over the last few days. I did have Debug mode turned on (accidentally forgot to turn off) but is is off now with the same issue.
Error details from Cpanel. There are a number of them but all the same.

This does not happen when the ticket is created from the admin page
