HESK version 3.4.2
Rocky 9.1

In the configuration, email templates, I already made the CHMOD 0666, but I get the message that:
Error: One or more email templates are missing.

Make sure you upload all email template files inside these two folders:

/language/en/emails
/language/en/html_emails

This means that you either:
1. one ore more email template files are missing; upload the emails and html_emails folders again from the original Hesk files,
2. or you have a language pack installed that is not fully compatible with your version of Hesk.
