This means you are running an old unsupported version of PHP on your server.

Hesk 3.4 requires at least PHP 5.6

I thought that it can be a php version issue, but I hoped that it will work because on the sites they are written:
Hesk requires 5.3.0 > https://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/index.php?article=32
while ATW.hu provides 5.6 or higher > https://atw.hu/atwiki/Milyen_PHP_verziokat_tamogatnak
Probably ATW.hu only provides this for paid users and for the free ones...

You can try using Hesk version 3.2.5 or older if you need PHP 5.3 support:
