Hesk Email Not Sending (Connection Refused Error)

When I generate tickets on hesk, the email notification does not work; this has been happening for quite some time. I hosted Hesk with Godaddy and used their email services.
After they discontinued their email services I did not want to use their Microsoft 365 subscription which Godaddy was offering as I already had office365 services.
So I decided to use my office365 subscription's email to send email using smtp and I configure using the following article: https://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/?article=93
But unfortunately was not able to be successful configure and always got an error of connection refused error of 111.
Please anyone can guide me on how to use start email notification on ticket creation.
