I want to change my logo in latest version of hesk please help

You can add your logo to the customer side like this:

If you have something else in mind please specify in more detail what you are trying to change.

I have installed it on the same computer where I am working on it, please tell me, where I can paste the logo file and what detail I need to edit, because I am unable to put my logo using that article please

That's a locally-hosted help desk so I can't have a look and tell you what you did wrong.

The advice I can give basically boils down to:

1. upload your logo somewhere, for example to
http://hsvpithelpdesk/helpdesk/logo.jpg

2. edit your Hesk's header.txt file with the code you will find at
https://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/?article=62

3. make sure you modify the code to link to your logo image

If you can't get it to work, you may want to ask someone who has access to your help desk and understands HTML to have a look.
