This looks like a PHP sessions problem.
Upload the phpinfo and session test files to your server, then link to them here:

I did read your response before you deleted it so I just wanted to add:
This should normally work in all browsers when everything is set up correctly.
Does the same thing happen if you use the original English language files in Hesk?
Another thing to check is also HTTP vs HTTPS; redirecting an HTTP link to HTTPS may lose session data. Make sure you have HTTPS set in your Admin > Settings > General > Help desk URL and any new links will be generated in HTTPS.
