We are trying to switch over to user Modern Authentication but don't see the option under Hesk > Admin > Tools > OAuth Providers like what is mentioned in the hesk instructions. Any ideas on what needs to be enabled to see these settings? This is the article we are tying to go through.

If you don't see OAuth under your Tools, then you either:

1. are logged in with a user who doesn't have access to OAuth. Login with an administrator account.

or

2. you are not running version 3.4.2 but some older version (less than 3.4.0).

Any idea on anything else to check? I have verified I am on 3.4.2. I have made sure I am logged in as administrator and I still don't see it. I also created a new admin user and logged in with that user but it still doesn't show up. Maybe I could reinstall the 3.4.2 version or the latest one that just came out.
