I seem to have everything set up properly, tickets are working, emails are sending, but I still have the below message and can't seem to get rid of it. Any suggestions?

That notice is shown when there are 0 tickets in the knowledgebase.

Submit a test ticket and the notice will be gone.

There are no tickets at the moment, go take a coffee break while you wait.
