Hi all
I have issues to write ticket in arabic from right to left any help?

To be honest, I am not really sure what is required to get Hesk to RTL. I have no experience with it.
I know there have been some attempts to do this in the past. Have you tried searching the old forum posts?

i just add dir="rtl" into in div. into admin_ticket.php in line 706 and its work
