Hi, My hosting has been changed a today and it's meant there's a different server path.

I've got the helpdesk working, but the sprite images aren't visible on the tickets in the admin view.

In addition, some of the menu links in the left column don't work now either.

Does the server path need to be updated somewhere other than the config?

There is no server path to be changed in the settings.

Hard to say what is going on without seeing it in action. Is this happening only in the admin panel? Can you give me access there to test (in a private message)?

Thanks for getting back to me - I'll PM you now

This issue has been resolved and turned out to be a caused by implementing mod_pagespeed on the server.

Further testing shows that some server side pagespeed works okay wit HESK so just experiment to find the settings that work for you.
