How to fix this notification and what it means

Go to Hesk admin panel > Settings > Email > IMAP Fetching and click "Test IMAP Connection".

What does it say?

Success: Connection successful!

Number of emails your mail server will send to Hesk: 0

You did save settings after this successful connection test, correct?

Now go to Hesk admin panel > Settings > Help desk > find "Debug mode", turn it ON, and save changes.

Then run the hesk_imap.php script again in your browser; what does it say?
