I have the license now, Thank you,
I have a suggestion, If there is place to make the customer sign (hand write) Or by mouse. After the ticket is done .

Unfortunately no, there is no way to capture the customer's hand-signature.
Perhaps you can create a custom field "Signature" and have the customers type their full name inside to indicate that they signed?

Actually it will not help, But I want another way to take their signature, because sometimes they said no one come to us, or whatever they say.
So if they signed it will be like WE are went there to fix.
Idk if you work with people's like this or not
But we have a lot like this, NO one come.. bla BLA BLA

And there is any File system, So we can store the Request (paper) if availability.
Because we are working in a big hospital, Not all have the ticket system Because of the different Companies.

Not sure what you mean by file system, but you can add attachments to any ticket, any ticket reply, to private ticket notes and to knowledgebase articles.
Regarding signature this is not something that can be taken care of from Hesk, you will need to use other means.
