Disable reply view ticket for specified ticket status or all ticket status.

Hi,

how do you make reply messages disabled on the ticket view page for some ticket statuses, or also for all ticket statuses?

To prevent customers from replying, you need to lock the ticket (click the down arrow in the "Edit Print" portion of the ticket when viewing it from admin panel). This will also mark the ticket as resolved (closed).

For any other behavior, you will need to customize the Hesk code/logic.
