Is there someone out there who has migrated from Spiceworks and can help me migrate as well? Could you please share how you successfully completed the job? Thank you

I personally don't know anybody who did that; these are two completely different system with different database design, there are no know tools that would to the migration.

I have many year back moved from Spiceworks to HESK. I write moved, because I had to drop the idea of migrating the tickets, so we ended up starting fresh with HESK.
