Switching between tickets in the user's personal account

Hi. Is it planned to display all sent tickets in the personal account of a simple user in new versions? For example, so that the user does not have to leave his account every time and enter his login and password (or email and ticket ID) in order to see the answers in his other ticket. Is there any easier way to organize this? For example, implement switching between tickets in your personal account.
