Hi,

Is there a way to either:

• Change the Tracking ID to a sequential number; or

• Use the Ticket ID in place of Tracking ID?

There is no built-in way of doing this. The reasons have been explained a couple of times here on the forums in the past, but mainly it is to prevent people from guessing the ID and viewing other people's tickets.

I've changed the admin_ticket.php for that purpose, so that supporters can view tickets only with the ticket id instead of the tracking id.
I've posted it under viewtopic.php?t=7322 . Maybe it's helpfull for you.
But i wouldn't recommend doing such a thing for custumers.
