Hello,
I've installed and ativated the PORTUGUESE as default language, and have the translations in place (language/pt/emails and language/pt/html_emails), even so, when a new ticket is created, the message goes in english, like this:

Hello,
A new support ticket has been submitted. Ticket details:
Ticket subject: jljk jkjlkja
Tracking ID: YNY-D5E-E4VR

What do I need to change to make HESK send this tickets in the language i've selected as default?

The Portuguese language pack is only 63% translated meaning everything else is still in English:

All the translations are submitted by Hesk users, such as yourself. While the Brazilian Portuguese is at 100%, no one has improved and shared the Portuguese translation in quite a while.

You will need to modify your email templates; go to Admin panel > Tools > Email templates, and edit both plain text and Rich text (HTML) templates. I presume all the Richt text templates will be in English.

it's realy only half translated, will proced has you said and when finished i put it here for the comunity.
