Not receiving ticketing desk emails

How can I email my customers in the ticketing desk? (they also get email inside their inbox without having to navigate anywhere)
I'm testing a few Emails and found that the client's email was not receiving the exact same email I sent.
Please help me!

I don't quite understand what you mean.

Could you explain step-by-step please, maybe include a screenshot?
