Restricting User Access

We were thinking of making the ticketing system available only to registered users. Is there a way of tracking user registrations so that if someone try's to submit a ticket, they will be prompted to register as a user if they are not already?

This will be possible in version 3.5.0 which is currently in beta testing

Unfortunately no, it is only available as a self-hosted test version because it still needs to be verified for security and bugs.

If you require user registration, can you also limit what domains what are allowed to create a account?

At the moment, no. But in 3.5.0 can be set up to have staff approve new user registrations.
